Bob McMasters has served as a professional Santa entertainer since 2011, embodying the spirit of Christmas with heart, authenticity, and unwavering service. A devoted member of Lone Star Santas for a decade, he participated in Convoy of Toys disaster relief missions across Texas, bringing comfort and joy to families in need.
Since 2013, Bob has portrayed Santa at Town East Mall in Mesquite, Texas, including many years dedicated to serving special needs communities across multiple school districts. Deeply committed to strengthening the Claus community, Bob is a graduate, former Lead Instructor, and now owner of Santa and the Business of Being Santa – Santa Claus School.
His leadership within the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas includes service as South Central Regional Representative and Membership Chair. He is also the Founder and Director of the Texas State Santas IBRBS Chapter. A respected speaker and educator, Bob has presented at regional and national gatherings and co-founded North Pole Cornerstones, an interactive educational experience for Christmas performers. Bob’s service extends far beyond the chair.
He has performed independently and supported numerous charitable initiatives benefiting children and educators, including Scottish Rite for Children’s Hospital. In 2021, he founded TNL Network Productions, an online educational network of Claus focused programming. Guided by faith, mentorship, and ministry, Bob lives by a simple truth: Count your blessings, not your sorrows, and always let your Claus heart shine bright.
